Multi family of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and were very comfortable staying in the 4 rooms. We cooked 3 dinners here- great pots, pans, utensils (can opener was broken as well as toaster just toasted on one side). Some furniture was worn- couches and one of the posts on the four poster bed was broken, but looked like brand new carpet in the upper floor. We loved sitting out on the balconies before breakfast and after dinner. We had easy check in with the condo association to get wristbands for access to the pool and beach. There are some beach toys like buckets, shovels, chair, umbrella and boogie boards to use. We ended up not renting a car and were able to walk 1.5 mile radius to shops and restaurants. All in all we enjoyed our stay in Destin.

The property overall is nice. Our family trip was a good one. Having all the balconies was a major plus to be able to see the sunrises/sunsets, except for the balcony on the third floor to the room with the twin beds was locked so it couldnt be opened which was a bummer but not the worst thing. Also the tub in the master bedroom on the third floor wasn't fully cleaned where the jets are. Other than these small issues, we had a very good stay. The check in/out process was very easy & the access to the pool & beach was convenient as well.

There were 10 of us and the house was beautiful, especially the 2nd floor, where everybody got together. Plenty of space and the pool/ocean were just steps away.

Destin Beach

Location is excellent. Great pool and great beach access, with good umbrella and chair set up. Proximity to beach restaurant is great. The house needs attention. Blinds broken on front door. No working smoke detectors on the two lower levels. Wine refrigerator does not work. No light in the main refrigerator. House has plenty of room with multiple decks, which was nice. Over all experience was good.

Just Wow Service

Thank you so much Sean for the kindness and great service in accommodating us! We had a blast and my family who were gathered for my niece’s high school graduation was very impressed with you providing everything we needed! We had a blast and we loved that we were together but yet had our own space. The house layout is amazing and the location to beach and shops was spectacular.

5th bedroom not comfortable for an adult

This property was excellent and the host was quick to respond to texted questions (not on VRBO site, on his personal phone). We had 6 adults staying there. The only disappointment was that one bedroom (the bunk room) was not adequate for adults. The bunks were short and uncomfortable, and made lots of noise due to plastic mattress covers. Otherwise the house was great for us. It was clean, well equipped, had lots of places to hang out on patios and inside, was in a good location, easy walk to the beach access, overall a very good property. We had a very enjoyable stay there. I would just recommend that you mention the bunk room limitations in case an all adult group is planning to stay there.

Would Stay Here Again

I was pleasantly surprised that the house is closer to the beach than I thought it would be. The house was clean, and everything was in working order. Parking is a bit tight, but we were able to fit one large SUV, one mid-size SUV, and one car into the driveway. The only downside to this house is that the outdoor trash cans were smelly. The other houses on the street also had smelly trash cans. This makes the quick walk to the beach just slightly unpleasant. I would recommend better mattresses for the beds. Overall, the house is an excellent place to stay, and we would stay again.

Waiting for a reply and refund

We arrived and found the property had not been cleaned. There was even poop on a bathroom rug and one bedroom had a strong urine smell. The property manager apologized and said no one had been scheduled to clean. He found someone and they arrived around 7 pm and were still cleaning at 10:30 pm when we allowed them to leave because it was so late. Two of the bedrooms still had comforters that were washed but not dried yet so those bedrooms had to sleep with only sheets. We were promised a refund for two nights of our stay but have not received it and I have texted and sent messages on the VRBO app and have not received any responses.

Good with some bumps

Overall good with some bumps. Great location, great communication with owner. We had some issues with house, needed some attention before new guests check in. Blinds were broken on front door, dryer didn’t work until fixed on the 4th day, had to dry clothes on balcony. There was a hole in wall leading up to main area. The last night AC unit started leaking through ceiling in main area, we never tried to lower temperature and left it set at 72 degrees. Overall nice house and good communication with owner but for future renters all needs to be checked before new renters arrive. I understand there is wear and tear but just trying to be honest with this review as these are the reviews I depend on when booking . Thank you

Awesome home

We loved this house. Planning on going there again next year. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the decks on all 3 floors. Loved use of the pool. All in all this is a great vacation home. Wish there had been a vacuum cleaner. Had a broom but really needed a vacuum and a mop.

Great location!

The beach was so close and easy to get to. The pool amenities were great. The house was spacious and everyone in our group felt like they had their own space. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Overall, perfect house for our trip!

Family Fall Break

This property was perfect for us! We had plenty of room with 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from infant to teenager. Easy access to the beach through the neighboring resort. This was a nice feature for pool access! Great location to restaurants and shopping, too! Parking was a little tight with 3 large vehicles, but I think the descriptions says compact cars. We made it work though! Thank you for a great week!

The house was really nice and comfortable,we had plenty of room and the decks on all floors was great for relaxing.The beach access were across the street at the resort walking distance.we ate at Surf Hut which is walking distance in other words the house is in a great location
