Great location, walking and golf cart friendly. The distant to the beach was 3 min walk just as mentioned. Accommodations were enough for all nine of us. We had everything we needed in the kitchen but I would suggest a Keurig, especially when only 2 of the 9 drink coffee. I wish the two units were connected through an inside entrance as opposed to outdoor entrances. We spent the majority of our time upstairs and only used the bottom unit to sleep and shower. We took advantage of the golf cart, although I wish listing would’ve mentioned the cost for it before I rented another golf cart outside because it was half the price! We had a group of 10 people coming down to enjoy spring break and the property did not disappoint! Everything was clean and organized when we arrived, and we had no trouble finding anything we needed. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a very nice touch as well. Two things to note: 1.) The garage code was not working, which made it a little more difficult to get back and forth between the upstairs and downstairs. 2.) The beach gate codes for Hollywood and Miami Beach access did not work, which gave us some issues with the security guard.
