Walk next door to the world-famous Pompano Joe’s beach restaurant. Award-winning restaurants, golf, and shopping are all located nearby. Costa Dreams is located directly on the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach at the Costa Del Sol complex. This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar white sands. This home was newly remodeled in 2020 with new decks, furniture, lighting, kitchen, and furnishings. Amenities include grand balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and direct access to the private beach. We include a complimentary beach chair setup\*\* from March - October. The interior of Costa Dreams is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. You have an incredible view from the kitchen, living area, and Master Bedroom. The beach level of the home has its own private entrance on the beach deck. Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest! Layout Sleeps 12: 1st Floor - Private Beach-Level Entryway | Living Area With Kitchenette, Washer and Dryer, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and Twin Over Twin Bunks (sleeps 4) | Queen Bedroom and Bathroom (sleeps 2) | Deck. Note this level does not have wifi or TV service. 2nd Floor - Main Entry From Parking Lot and Living Area With Open Kitchen and Dining | ½ Bath | Balcony With Stairs Leading To Beach and 1st Floor Private Entry. 3rd Floor - King Master with Balcony and Bathroom (sleeps 2) | Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Bathroom (sleeps 4). Complimentary uncovered parking is available for up to two standard vehicles. No XL vehicles, trailers, or buses are allowed. NO overflow parking is available here. Additional parking may be found at any public lots throughout the Destin area. No tents or canopies are allowed on the private beach. Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding! Clean, well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans that we needed. The two separate entries actually worked great for our family. The 20-something year old cousins enjoyed the downstairs space while the 30 family enjoyed the upstairs. The dining table upstairs had enough room for all of us which made for perfect family dinners. This home is ON the beach. You literally take a few steps and you’re there. The beach chair and umbrella setup that came with the property was great. This property is also a 5 minute walk from Pompano Joes where we had a yummy lunch and on the beach behind Pompano Joes, was parasailing which was an amazing experience that I totally recommend if you stay here. Things to note: the chairs and umbrella were out every day by 8am! They do come by and pick them up by 5pm though. Also, for those with mobility limitations, you MUST take stairs to get to any bedroom in this home. There are only 2 parking spots on property. My sister came down later than the rest of us and so added a third car to our group. I recommend using the “Way” app to reserve parking close by! We were able to pay 10 for my sister to park her car at the Comfort Inn up the street just 4 minutes away. Her car was safe and we had a good experience with the app. Overall a wonderful stay! Easy access to Destin and PCB area as well. The condo was very clean and spacious for our group of 8 (2 dogs!) and had most of the essentials. There were definitely not enough of some supplies provided so make sure to bring your own trash bags, coffee filters, dishwasher pods, sugar/spices. Would stay again! ##### Chelsea B. First the beach is wonderful and the daily chairs and umbrella is a wonderful touch. The unit is clean, but as basic of a rental as you can imagine. It is pretty clear as soon as you enter that this is an investment property and that the owners either never stay here or do it very little. The furniture is uncomfortable and had a hard time accommodating 4 people. I don’t know what you would do with a large party in this unit. There is just the absolute basics in the unit, not even beach towels. I had to spend almost 100 on beach towels the moment we arrived. The beds were comfortable, however the pillows were awful. The decks were great to enjoy the days. The listing is misleading. This is a 3 bedroom unit. Two bedrooms in the main unit and one bedroom in a separate area completely outside of the home. The 3rd bedroom is in the flood zone and shows signs of being flooded with curled woodwork damages. There isn’t even basic spices in the unit when you arrive so plan that into your budget if you plan on cooking in. It wasn’t a issue for us as we ate every meal out. We would stay in this area again, just not in this unit. We talked with neighbors in the same building that had much more in the unit than we did. No games for a rainy day, etc. If you’re driving, pack what you need. If flying, add money to your budget. Not trying to make this a negative review, just noting the facts! ##### Jeffrey T. The only downfall is the parking . We had a handicap vehicle and it wasn’t a big enough Space for it. Made it very hard to get in and out . Parking spaces are way to small your on top of the other cars makes it hard to get in and out. I like privacy when setting on deck. There is none ! The beach is amazing though : we probably wouldn’t stay there with family again because of parking issues : ##### diane j. The downstairs is a separate entrance, I had not seen that in the listing. Luckily that worked out fine for our group. The management was very responsive and helpful for the questions we had.
