The condo met my family of five’s needs. Our favorite part were the two sliders and balcony off the main living area and master allowing us to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. The large open main living area with large dining table and roomy bedrooms accommodated our needs. We appreciated the short walk between the pool and beach with beachside chairs and umbrellas. The couple issues we had, we addressed with the host and had resolution. Condo is very roomy. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 star rating for me is housekeeping needs to step up their game. Once we got into condo and took our shoes, we started unpacking for the week. When this was done the bottom of our feet were black from apparently not being mopped. I then started checking the place out seeing where everything was. When looking at the washing machine, i noticed black stuff all around the inside lip of washer. After six cleaning wipes that was white when i started and black when i finished, I had it clean and ready for when we needed to wash clothes. This was the only two things that we noticed which caused me to give it four stars. Traffic will make a preacher cuss. Overall i would stay again. The owner is very helpful and very quick to respond when you message her. The view from the balcony was great and we were able to see so many fireworks on the 4th of July just by walking down to the beach (which is a very easy walk by the way). Clean and stocked with general amenities. Beautiful view with balcony access from master bedroom and living area. Quiet family oriented property. My only negative would be not enough parking.
