Location was awesome. Literally steps away from the restaurants and bars of Baytowne Wharf. Property was super clean. Everything was as described. Finding the place and checking in was super easy. Pool is nice and just steps away. Tram was easy to use - we went to the beach a couple times, and wish we would have gone more. Management company was super responsive. Our flight there was delayed and we missed our connection so arrived a day late. They offered to extend our stay by a day (since there wasn't anyone coming in the day after we were scheduled to leave), which I thought was extremely nice of them...unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of it. One thing - I had asked if beach stuff was included, and they responded no, BUT there are beach chairs and umbrella (and toys for the kids) in the closet in this unit. I would definitely consider staying here again! ##### David B.
