The location is perfectly located near the beach and the Baytowne shops. Having the golf cart was a plus, ot was a short 2 min ride to the beach and so fun. Renting the property was easy and a smooth transition. No problem until we arrived the house was not cleaned in my opinion to COVID 19 standards. The microwave did not work, sofa had potatoe chip crumbs, master bed had hair and foreign objects under blanket, mice dropping in cabinet, wet smelly towels left in washing machine and the outdoor barbecue grill was rusted out. The housekeeper lady was rude and upset because she did not do her job and tried to argue about what was obvious not done.Nevertheless management gave us a loaner microwave and adjusted our bill for all of the inconveniences. Management showed concern to correct the problem and for that reason I would rent again. Great access to the beach. Golf cart was very handy. Very disappointed with the poor pre-cleaning of our unit. Floors were filthy, cobwebs and dead bugs in windows, burnt on food on stovetop.
