On the Second Floor, you'll find the tastefully designed living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, and another full bathroom. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave. PARKING ⭐ Our property accommodates two vehicles: one in the one-car garage and one in the driveway. Additional parallel parking is available throughout the community for larger/extra vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: trailers are not allowed in the community. BEACH SERVICE ⭐ Beach service is not included with the property, but rentals are available through Hunter's Beach Service. We're happy to provide their contact information after booking so you can easily reach out for pricing and availability! BEACH GEAR ⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment! This is a leave-one, take-one set up so we arent able to guarantee what will be available upon arrival. However, guests are welcome to enjoy whatever is there! POOL ⭐ Just a few doors down from our townhome, you'll find a wonderful community pool that's seasonally heated (at the HOA's discretion) – perfect for enjoying a relaxing swim during your stay! BOOKING ⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in to avoid cancellation with no refund. No events or parties are allowed. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT ⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. EARLY ARRIVALS ⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. KITCHEN ⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink. SMOKING ⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. REFUNDS ⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. I had to watch our 3 year old grandson around the stairs. Very nice. The only issue is the curtains in the bedroom do not close so the light around the blinds shines in at 6:30 a.m. I did not want to wake up at 6:30 a.m. on vacation. ##### Melinda G.
