Upon checkout, housekeeping showed up at 9:53, indicating it was 10:00 a.m., very rude and asked how long before you leave 0 customer service. I explained upon checking I had someone with a disability with me as we were unaware the apartment was on the second floor. My husband left his wedding ring. This was reported on 04/02/24\. As of 04/05/24, no one has addressed the issue. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, AND BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. ##### Felecia L.
