Very responsive management office, but the condo hosts entirely ignored all of my messages. As soon as entering, our shower was clogged and not draining. They came the next day to repair. The toaster had a missing wire that sparked and set off the smoke alarm. Called the office and they brought a new toaster over the following day. We noticed other golf carts and cars were going around us due to the slow speed of the golf cart. There were several near accidents due to this. Our speed maxed out at 13mph (the speed limit was 20mph!), which posed some serious safety concerns on the road. I called the office and they confirmed the golf cart was turned down but they could not change it because they would have to take the cart to the repair shop.
