There was plenty of room for our group of 6\. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The beach across the street is very nice and we certainly spent a lot of time there. We had great views of the ocean and enjoyed our evenings on the patio. The umbrella and chairs are were a nice perk and the walk to the beach was so close. We stay at Beach Retreat all the time and love everything about the complex. I do really like this unit and floorplan the best. It has the third bedroom that isn't just bunk beds. Felt we received a good value for the cost and we would recommend it to friends and family. We had all the kitchen tools we needed, plenty of bath towels to get us through several days before washing and when i did reach out for a very minor issue with our screen door, Renee was very responsive and offered to send someone out right away to fix it.
