We have stayed at a different property until this year but that price sky rocketed. This was reasonably priced for the week. Direct view of the beach. It was very clean and we enjoyed the week very much. The pool was very nice to have also with a small toddler. Walking my two doodles was easy too! The air did go out mid week and we had a hard time contacting anyone. Fortunately it was mild weather and it did not bother us. We will definitely be coming back next year! I mistakenly thought I was renting a 2 bedroom, so I had to sleep on the bottom bunk bed and those mattresses are made for small lightweight children. The Condo was beautiful but the cleaning crew hit and miss. The floors were not clean. I swept up a lot of dirt. The back door glass was extremely dirty. One when we got there the sliding glass door was left open. That didn't sit to well because if I wouldn't have checked someone could have come in easily and we wouldn't have known until it was to late. The other issue was the decorative pillows. Some were filled with down which I am allergic to and aggravated my asthma. Upon arrival, I was delighted with the excellent parking area. Every square inch of the condo was spotless and well maintained. I honestly do not think the VRBO description does it justice. You can simply sit on the couch and enjoy the most peaceful and beautiful view, or open your door and walk 30 yards and be standing on the spotless beach. My communication with Renee was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I was able to bring my dog along, and that meant the world to me. I highly recommend and will be back. ##### Stacy C. The beach is only steps away and absolutely gorgeous! The condo was well equipped with all the necessities for a week long stay, clean, and cozy! The pool area was a perfect setting as well! This was our second time staying at Beach Retreat and we loved the convenience of this ground floor unit. You don’t get the view that you get with the upper units, but if you’re vacationing with kids, it’s very nice to skip the elevator and stairs when your arms are full of beach stuff. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The trash chute is directly outside the front door so you don’t even have to walk to throw away your trash. My kids loved the large pool and I loved that it has its own bathroom. This unit is within walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, Pompano Joe’s. You can’t beat the location. We even had the least amount of trouble we’ve ever had with the simplicity of this unit’s TV/cable (just put it on HDMI2) and the fridge was cool in about a day and a half. Most units we have stayed at the fridge takes much longer. The only issue we had with this lovely unit was the coverlets on the beds are very thin, not much heavier than a sheet. We brought throws from home for the car ride down and I’m glad we did, or we would’ve been making a trip to Walmart to buy blankets. The only linens provided for the pull out sofa is a fitted sheet and flat sheet. So bring a blanket and pillow if you have anyone in your group that will be sleeping on the sofa bed. The property owner was wonderful to work with and responded quickly. I definitely recommend Beach Retreat 105! ##### Talena L.
