We have been booking condo's at Tops'l Resort for years. Love the location and amenities. All units we've stayed at have been great so far. This one might be my favorite! It is on the ground floor right next to the beach and pool which makes commuting beach gear a lot easier. The unit is up to date with a great kitchen and washer/ dryer. It was great for our family with three kids. The condo is nice and clean and also has a covered parking garage. The management group is very responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is the fact that if you don’t want to pay for the beach service umbrellas then you can’t bring your own unless you set up behind several rows of their umbrellas which puts you pretty far from the water. It looked like someone had changed sheets and that was it. The bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and patio all had things left from the previous tenants. There was so much sand in the living room area when we arrived that we couldn’t walk without shoes. Our second night, I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night and almost stepped on a massive roach in the master bath. The guys they have working the beach chair service were beyond rude and the entire facility seemed to only want to cater to the owners. We usually stay at Beachside Two down the street but they had sold their condo and friends told us to try Tops’l because they love it. This was by far one of our worst experiences. ##### Brooke P.
