As you enter the condo you will first come to the Kitchen, complete with granite countertops, full size appliances, and all the silverware and dishware needed to prepare a meal. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Dining Area and a round table set for four guests. Next is the Living Area, home to plenty of comfortable seating, a HDTV, access to the balcony, and a couch that doubles as a Sofa Sleeper to accommodate guests. The Bedroom has a large King bed and a HDTV. The Bathroom has dual vanities and a walk-in shower. As beautiful as this newly updated property is, the Balcony is where Beach House 401D truly shines as it offers an unobstructed view of the crystal white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was clean, comfortable and accommodated two people nicely. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing!! We couldn’t have asked for a better ocean view. When we weren’t on the beach, we were on the balcony. It was so relaxing to have breakfast out there and watch the dolphins go by. Beautiful! The beach chairs and umbrella service was a nice perk. The beach in front of the condo is private so it wasn’t overcrowded. We didn’t rent a car and while we were able to walk to some shops and restaurants, a car may have been nice to have, but not a must. The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay which was a bit of a bummer (as the nights were cooler), but the heated pool was nice and we did enjoy a pool swim after the day at the beach. Management was great and super responsive to questions. Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice get away with amazing views. Thank you!! ##### Julie M.
