There are many family activities you can do and several restaurants in walking distance from the property which we loved. As far as the property, there is a leaking roof which caused water to leak in two of the bedrooms. My kids were very uncomfortable because of this.There were also alot of termites in the master bedroom and master bathroom. Found perfect place within Baytowne and Marina view but upon arrival the property had severe water damage in second floor bedrooms and ceiling damaged which was falling apart along with mildew smell. Not sure why this was not caught prior to our arrival. We got moved to another unit which did not have the view we wanted nor the close vicinity of the baytowne shops and marina. We loved the views from the porch and both balconies. Management company was very responsive and even reached out on day 2 to make sure we didn’t need anything! Both checkin and checkout were easy.
