This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has it all and is perfect for the kids to have their own space. This spacious floor plan has 9-foot tall ceilings with 8-foot tall sliding glass doors for ocean views from both the living room and master suite. This second floor condo (208) in Ariel Dunes II, offers one of the prime locations on Miramar Beach. From your large patio, you have direct views of the pool! This unit features a newly remodeled and modern look with 2 bedrooms for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. This condo sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for Pack' N play rental. Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment. Ariel Dunes 2 is located in the center of the 300 acre Seascape Resort on the beach and without all of the road noise. The rear of the building has spectacular view of the 18-hole Seascape Golf Course and Choctawhatchee Bay and the front of the building is facing the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Ariel Dunes 2 has 3 large private pools. One of the pools is heated during the off season. Another one is a zero entry pool. The spectacular amenities include 2000 feet of private beach, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, water sports rental, bike rentals, and room service from the Cabana Café. Or you can dine beach side at Whale’s Tail Bar & Grill just right across the street. Even after speaking with management about concerns and giving them an opportunity to remedy some of the issues, they did not. They had very poor communication generally just failing to respond. Very poor customer service. Issues included: Floors so filthy it left ours and our children’s feet solid black within minutes. Witnessed neighboring unit being cleaned by lady pouring pine sol on floor and swirling it around - not actually ‘mopping’. Minimal, lack of, and/or poor quality kitchenware. While we understand you have to bring/buy things, most places accommodate a welcome package and give you a few days worth of items. Aside from 2 hotel size soaps in the bathrooms, this place offered nothing and we had to immediately leave to make the place livable for the week. Heavily stained sheets, wash rags, towels and bedding. They also put a queen mattress on a double size bed frame. Pool closure 3/7 days. Sometimes 1 pool other times all 3 All of the remotes had no batteries and each remote to tv, fans etc. Were not labeled. Heavy Marijuana use by others staying at the facility. We understand that people will do this but it was to an unreasonable point. They also did not seem to care at all about this. If you’re allergic, good luck. poor communication and lack of remedies by management - $3k to stay in pure filth. When we asked for a partial refund we were ignored. Given that we spent over $200 to make safe and livable. ##### Martina N.
