Everything was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the property manager was excellent. My only complaint about the building was the elevators. There were only 2 out of 4 working elevators for the whole building and for most of the day on Friday there was only one working elevator. It is clean, the decorations are beautiful (I would describe it as having a beach-classy vibe), and the location is perfect. We rent a golf cart that is offered through Seascape & we pick it up at the cabana. This makes it easy for us to travel with our stuff to the beach however, walking to the beach is very short (less then 10 minutes). My husband and I stayed here for our spring break trip, and I don't think we could have picked a better place. The price was great, the condo was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed, and the location was near the beach, bike path, restaurants, and shopping. There is a huge balcony with a direct view of the gulf. The property is also very nice- we loved the pond/lake with the boardwalk you could walk on to the beach.
