Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. This my 3rd time staying at Aerial Dunes 1 or 2 and my first time staying in this unit. I choose this unit because it has hard floors (not carpet) and because 3rd floor units have longer/bigger balconies. The unit was very clean, they left a lot of shower towels for us, I was happy to see they had a regular coffee maker and a K cup style one. The kitchen is stocked, the fridge clean and the washer dryer looked new. The beds were comfy and the TVs worked great. Loved the large table on the balcony and the sofa with a TV out there. As always it is super easy beach access and the pool is cleaned every morning. If you get the late night munchies, the pizza downstairs is great. Great food and fun just a short drive away on route 30A. I called the property mgmt team for a ques and quick to respond. Will stay here again!!!! LOVE IT!! ##### Gina W.
