Enter condo A403 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the 4th floor and it is located on the east end of the property near the tennis courts. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony! This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 6\. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo. Carpets were very dirty and stained. There were crumbs all over the kitchen cabinets when we checked in and the bedrooms had enough dust on the furniture you could write your name in it, which we did. This property was everything we were hoping for and more! Incredible view, outdoor furniture in great shape, nice and clean, very comfy beds, no complaints at all! They were very responsive when we had a question about check-out, and even gave us a welcome basket! We have stayed at various properties at the beach and that was a first! The property itself was very nice but there were a few small maintenance issues that I hope the property managers address.
