If I had to list a con, it would be that the first and second floor was perfect in staying cool, but the 3rd floor bedrooms were on the warmer side which made it hard to sleep some. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room and still were not on top Of each other. The kitchen was great for our big meals and the location was just short walk to the beach.
