Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. Absolutely felt like a cheap motel rather than the bright and clean pretty pictures listed. Everything is scratched, chipped, stained, and dirty. There are stains on all the furniture. The cup coasters are probably from a 1990 dollar tree purchase. There is a dollar store bathroom mat with “Sandprints A3 unit” written in permanent marker into the literal top fabric of the bathroom mat itself where your feet go… I mean, come on... There are only two small pillows on the bed and then two very stained pillows in the closet. The entire room is gross and everything in there is cheap and very old. Mattress is comfortable enough but pretty small for two people. The cabinets above the bed are unnecessary and I hit my head on the corners multiple times. It also gets VERY hot and stuffy at night. Thank god there is a fan in the closet because it is almost like the AC secretly kicks off at night even though it says 70\. Parking is TERRIBLE, almost impossible angle to get your vehicle in the space from the road. There were trucks in both spaces around this units parking space and it took us 5 minutes of backing up and turning and pulling forward to angle my Kia into the parking space without scraping the trucks. I will say the shower is one of the better showers I’ve used in the last few rentals. That’s about the best I can come up with. Along with the location which is pretty amazing. That’s literally the only selling point. Not coming back. ##### Lauren W. Pool right across the yard. Had an issue with parking and it was handled promptly. Didn't cook but kitchen was well stocked. That said, quiet times are claimed that do not exist, the dishwasher did not work, and the required 10 a.m. check-out is a joke and inconvenience, especially when you have to clean dishes first and find out the washer did not work.
