BRAND NEW pickle ball, FREE to our Tides guests only. Private Tides pool, plus free basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf!!! Our condo is our second home, well cared for, fully stocked, and has some of the best unobstructed, direct beachfront views on the Emerald Coast. Cleanliness and comfort are our top priorities. We want our guests to feel right at home when you stay in our vacation home. Tides 505 is close to all of Destin's amenities, yet away from the tourist traffic and congestion. Tides at Tops'l Resort is a five star, best in class beach and tennis resort perfect for families! The pool is beachfront and the poolside tiki bar just finished a brand new renovation with new drinks and menu! And we now have 6 pickle ball courts for your enjoyment and are free for Tides owners and guests. Our rental rates include cleaning fees ($165), tourism/occupancy taxes (12.5%), and resort fee ($75/stay). Shorter stays are welcome during the winter and early spring months. 3 Night minimum year-round, 5 night minimum in the summer. We are also Tops'l Resort Club members which provides our guests with access to the onsite professional tennis and fitness club for a daily club fee. The Tops'l Resort offers 12 rubico tennis courts (4 are lighted), sports bar, private pool, indoor hot tub, steam room, locker rooms, one of the best fitness centers in the Destin area, group exercise classes, personal training, tennis equipment rental, pro shop, and DVD and bicycle rentals on-site. Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is perfect for adults and families alike. The resort is wonderful and our condo is too! The condo has direct, unobstructed, 5th floor, oceanfront views of one of the most beautiful beaches, rated the best, by Southern Living. Incredible 300sq.ft. balcony, one of the largest in the Destin rental market, beautifully manicured grounds and private, 24 hours secured, resort setting. We are located within walking distance to Sandestin Grand Blvd and Baytowne Village to enjoy shopping, dining, and family entertainment. Our resort in next door to Sandestin to the west and the 7 mile stretch of Tops'l Hill State Park to the east which has miles of undeveloped beach for your enjoyment! Feel like you are away from it all while still being within walking distance of dining, shopping, and entertainment. The Tides condo building is part of Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort. The condo is oceanfront and sits in the middle of 52 beautifully landscaped acres bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and by Topsail Hill State Preserve. There’s 600 feet of private, sandy white beach with plenty of uncrowded space to spread out in the sand, set up beach chairs, and build sand castles with your toes in the water. Don't stay somewhere that you have to fight for beach chair space. You're always able to sit with your toes in the ocean at Tops'l! Daytime activities and nightlife of neighboring Sandestin and other noted communities to the west, a nature preserve known for quiet and solitude to the east, and resort activities and beach toy rentals will keep you and your family entertained. Tops'l provides the best of both worlds. Our condo in the Tides building has wonderful amenities such as free wireless internet, private, Tides-only pool, kiddie pool, community grills, FREE basketball, putt-putt, shuffle-board, pickle ball, nature trails, and seasonal kids programs. Also, Tops'l Hill Nature Preserve is a national historic registry spot. The state park offers 7 miles of undeveloped beach, wetland, and dune lakes to explore by foot, bicycle, or kayak/canoe. And if that weren’t enough, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest in the US, is less than 5 minutes away. Sandestin's popular Baytowne Wharf is just across the street to the west with shops, excellent restaurants and entertainment on the bay. Concerts on Wednesdays and family movies on Thursdays are popular family outings on the lawn at the Sandestin Baytowne area. Sandestin's recently developed Grand Boulevard Town Center, nearby and walkable, has upscale shopping, excellent restaurant options, a Publix grocery, and more. There’s so much to do here you won’t be able to fit it into a week’s vacation. So stay two! That’s what we do! Our condo is our second home. It underwent major renovations in 2018 and is an updated, fun, beach themed, 5th floor condo. From the entrance, you can see straight through the condo to your private, expansive, 5th floor balcony and the breathtaking views of the emerald Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is nearly 300sq ft with plenty of seating to enjoy the views and sounds of crashing waves. Our balcony's are some of the biggest available on the Destin rental market. In addition to a high top table and chairs, your balcony includes a sitting area with two chairs for you to enjoy your afternoons and two chaise lounge chairs for afternoon naps. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from this beautiful space. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, and three additional lounge chairs for family gatherings. All living furniture was replaced in 2018 as well. There is a HDTV and DVD player along with some books, puzzles, and board games for night's when the family wants to stay in and relax at home. There are also beach toys stored on the balcony for your kiddos use along with two beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar. There is seating at the breakfast bar for 3 and a dining table with seating for 6\. You will also find a washer and dryer, replaced brand new in 2019, in the condo for your utmost convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower, whirlpool Jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. The king bed has a 4 inch gel premium mattress topper for your utmost rest and rejuvenation. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and also includes a flat screen TV/DVD as well. Mattresses all replaced in 2018\. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and separate vanity area. The entire condo was painted and updated and is ready for your family to enjoy it as much as our family does. Codo is as described in VRBO . Large balcony and is close to elevator. Being on the 5th floor , you can hear the waves at night. Rachel is a concerned owner. The entire process was so simple, from communicating before hand to check in.... to checkout. Gorgeous condo, meticulously cleaned, comfy beds with surprisingly good pillows, a million dollar view that allowed for respite each morning and evening. The beach was immaculate too, chilly waters due to being early spring but the sun was hot, the sand was not and the new full service pool bar had crazy good drinks when our beach bag ran dry. Let the pool service help you get settled into a beachside chair or grab shade under the umbrella. It’s close to Publix, and an easy breezy drive to see all the fun along 30A and get back to Top’sl for fresh seafood from Goatfeather’s seafood market. No dinner lines to worry about while you’re cooking in the kitchen that’s fully prepared and stocked for any cook’s desire. You bring the groceries and don’t forget your coffee... but if you do, grab a cup of Joe at the new breakfast bistro at the fitness center ... you’ll want to watch the dolphins while you plan your days. We are going back soon for more beach walks and Tides 505 is the only number we need. The owner, Rachel was so friendly, helpful and easy to reach when we had a question during our stay! The condo had everything and more included... a huge amount of towels and washcloths, 8+ beach towels, beach chairs ans toys,, extra paper products, laundry and dish detergent, makeup remover cloths, games, movies.... they thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable! The location is QUIET, private with SO much to do at the resort! The elevators (3) were super fast, the view is astonishing, the beds were comfy, the balcony is perfect...I could go on and on! ##### Marissa S. The location is perfect, grounds are beautiful and there are so many extra positive things to say about it without having enough space! The unit was well maintained and clean. It looked exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed the direct view of the ocean. The amenities were very nice too. Decor in the condo was awesome - really enhanced the beach vacation vibe! The condo offered lots of little added extras: games, coloring, DVDs and books for the kids; spacious, powerful shower; Jacuzzi tub; plenty of towels; kitchen fully stocked with every tableware/flatware/gadget you could need. The view and location of the condo was perfect - the short boardwalk to the beach had ample hoses/showers to rinse off sand before returning to the condo. The restaurant/bar by the pool was a HUGE bonus - good food, drinks and had live music on Thursday night. We had no reason to go anywhere else. Only trip we did was to the Buccaneer Pirate Ship in Destin - which was entertaining for the whole family. Not sure if this part of Miramar Beach was just quiet due to Covid ... but we went over Labor Day weekend and it was not crowded at all. Condo owner responded to text/email quickly. This whole trip really upped our par for our next vacation. Absolutely wonderful!! Thanks. ##### Christina F. The pools and poolside bar/restaurant was convenient for lunch and dinner when we were too tired to think about cooking or going out to eat. The owner of the property was more than available and provided her cell so we were able to text her on questions before the trip and when we arrived. The condo provided even more than what was listed on their description (down to beach towels, blow dryer and iron). It was the perfect vacation. My only complaint is 5 days and 4 nights just wasn’t enough time. Over the years, I have stayed in several condos in several locations. This condo felt like home and was so relaxing. The updates that have been done are a great upgrade. The flooring is great for the beach! It is easy to clean up the sand, yet it isn’t slippery! They have even added a Small pantry!! The furniture is comfortable and their is plenty of seating for everyone! I can’t express enough how impressed we were with Tops’l Resort and the beautiful condo we had for a week. It was absolutely beautiful. We had the most gorgeous view from the balcony overlooking the 2 pools and the beautiful beach. This condo had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. However, the master bed has to be the worst mattress I've ever slept on. Not even kidding. The mattress was terrible. And the dryer either needs repaired or replaced. It sounded like a Harley-Davidson. So, other than getting a terrible night's sleep every night, we enjoyed the condo. ##### Jeff K. We found it to be very clean and it also had everything we needed for the week. The owner was very nice and prompt with communication. All appliances and AC worked well. We enjoyed the large flat screen televisions and fast WiFi. The only recommendation I would have for the owner would be to please consider investing in lined drapery for the master bedroom, as the sun woke us up each morning and we are not morning people. ##### Glenn H.
