The real Gem of this place was the outdoor screen room.. good size.. has a small hibachi propane grill and a picnic table. We had a tiny bit of trouble finding the place - mostly because we could not see any street signs or the road as it was covered with falling leaves!! Beautiful area and we had detailed directions from the host. Because my husband was ill I opted to sleep on the futon/couch. I'm sad to say it just was not comfortable. The bed must have been as my husband slept well. We did not cook in the cabin and the freezer needed a good defrost. If we had stayed longer we would have enjoyed a meal or two outside in the screened in patio, it was very inviting! We also did not take advantage of the areas the host had suggested. We stumbled onto one bakery on our way into the cabin, it was very good!!
