This place was absolutely lovely. It is located right on a creek which provides a soothing, relaxing feel. The place was spotless and the decor was a really cool mix of CO mountain and southwestern. I would 100% stay here again!

From the moment we checked in the ambiance was relaxing, welcoming and clean! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and the outdoor seating for morning coffee. Both staff and breakfast were excellent! Highly recommend if you are looking for more of a modern bed and breakfast stay for a couple!

We had such a wonderful time! It was our first stay at a true “inn” we had wonderful service from staff, our room was adorable and even though it was small it was well organized to make the space work well! We loved being able to open our window to let the fresh rain smell in! The backyard area was divine, a little swing, seats around fire pits and a hot tub all feet from the river running through the town! The history of the inn and saloon across the street was so cool to research and made us feel like we were cowboys! Cannot recommend Minturn as a cute stop on your mountain adventures enough!

I booked this last minute for a coworker who was used to staying at locations like the Comfort Inn for a similar price. He was THRILLED, and every 2 weeks he comes To town for work he asks me if they have a room available. Unfortunately, sometimes he has to stay at the comfort inn because they don’t. Sorry Comfort Inn…..you’re a great back up option and we still love you just not as much as this place.

Lovely boutique hotel; small and quaint. Also enjoy the town of Minturn. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely setting by the river; some traffic noise from the main road into Minturn, but the setting made up for it. Breakfast was just right: ham & cheese pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, fruit, granola. Decaf coffee would have been a nice option for those of us who don't do caffeine. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

Clearly the finest hotel in Minturn, CO. We enjoyed the warm and low-key atmosphere. There was a babbling brook outside our window and a nice restaurant across the street. The staff are wonderful.

This place is so beautifully curated, and the space is warm and inviting. I stayed here in the middle of a cross country drive, and got in late, and didn’t realize they close the front desk check in at 11pm! The woman at the front desk was so kind and stayed late to ensure I was able to access my room. My room was located on the 2nd floor on the back side of the building, so I opened my window and listened to the river while I went to sleep. I would definitely stay here again. What a special little gem!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The amenities like the Jacuzzi‘s and fire pits were really nice and their rooms were also very accommodating! The host and owners Tierany and her husband were super nice and helpful through out our entire stay. This place was awesome and we are definitely going to be visiting it again!
