You cannot beat the location – adorable neighborhood in easy walking distance to all of Wayzata has to offer (love Crisp & Green and Grocer's Table for lunch, 6Smith for dinner). If you have kids, there's also a playground in walking distance (about three blocks). Also, easy access to 394, Lund's grocery store, gas, etc. I truly don't think you can beat the location. In terms of the house itself, it's awesome. Great kitchen with all you need. Great bedrooms upstairs. Quiet home and street. Nice neighbors. Roxy Rentals was incredible helpful and responsive. Location was fantastic as we had a 4 day event in Wayzata and were able to walk to everything. The house is very nicely styled(Clearly done by an expert decorator!) and is nicely provisioned in kitchen. There are lots of "starter items" such as TP, drinks in fridge, etc that make arrival pleasant. Also a very nice welcome gift package assortment which was very thoughtful by the host. Off street parking is always a plus and here you have room for your car right by the entry door. The pillows/bedding and towels were all of a higher quality which I always appreciate in a hosted property. Washer Dryer full size made us keeping up with our laundry very easy! Also, the management here really cares. They checked in on us on arrival day, and on day plus one to see if there was anything we needed. Also, there was a storm one night and they emailed us at 2am to make sure we were okay! That's a rarity! All in all this house worked out perfectly for us for our 10 day stay. Everything was in great shape, and the location was excellent. Walking distance to downtown, and a dog park two blocks away. The weather didn't cooperate much, but our dog had a blast walking to both when we were able!
