Kitchen appliances top of the line, bed was super pcomfortable, shower worked great, laundry facilities in the basement, warm even heat throughout the apartment, big TV, comfortable sofa, fast internet, many automatic lights that turn on outside and down to the basement, dedicated parking spot in the alleyway.Location was ideal; literally walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shop, and cozy little restaurants. The place is so cute and it has a fenced in backyard, which was key for us as we travelled with our pups. The location is incredible, a half mile walk to the falls. Lots of local restaurants around, a grocery store, and a liquor store. Easy to catch the light rail/bus, less than a 10 minute walk. It’s a quiet neighborhood and there’s a parking space around back. Easy access to freeways to get in and out of Minneapolis, St. Paul, uptown, etc. Our host was so nice and communicative and wanted to ensure we had the best stay possible. Good accommodations. Only slight downfall is the backyard. Grass is basically all weeds, which is a hotbed for bugs and mosquitoes.
