Other things to note The building is very safe with 24-hour security. However, it is located in metro Minneapolis, which is an urban city, and there will be times when the streets are noisy and people with quality of life issues. Kindly note that the apartment isn’t baby-proofed and we don’t have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table). If you want to bring your own, we’d be happy to host your stay. Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement. \*\*Please remember this is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke.\*\* $500 fee. Kindly understand if the key/keyfob is lost during your stay then there will be a $50 replacement fee. The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee. For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Stressed about the surgery, Hayden and his property made it A easier for us. This was closer to the hospital than we thought, literally on the next block. The area is known to be sketchy but the security of the building/room is top notch, felt safe. Super clean, modern, and VERY comfortable, we were ALL happy with our showers (coming from shower snobs). I highly recommend this property! Hayden's quick responses and his property kept it easy for us to focus on our son who btw wants to know where Hayden got his mattress from for the trundle which he slept great on the night before surgery. Thank you Hayden! NOTE: Check in was a little confusing at first, you need to enter a door (with a code and key) on one side of the parking lot to get the keys/access card from lock boxes, you then need to proceed across the parking lot (it's a small lot) to a different entrance to get to this apartment. ##### Kelly N.
