Stairs: If you're coming to Minneapolis during the summer, please note that, like most old houses in this area, ours does not have central AC. Summer weather in Mpls is mostly wonderful-perfect for open windows-but it's also not unusual to get occasional hot, humid spells. There are 2 window AC units in the 2nd bedroom and dining room. These, plus standing fans, have done the trick for the home for decades, but if you need fully chilled air throughout the house, this one may not be for you in peak summertime. Kitchen Delights: Our fully-equipped kitchen is ready to fulfill all your cooking desires. However, there is no dishwasher. After the meal, the party can continue around the sink, creating lasting memories. We were visiting for the MN State Fair, Can Can Wonderland, and a few other spots nearby. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, so if you need to run for any food or supplies, it's very convenient. The place had lots of old charm like classic woodwork and windows. As you can expect with an older home, there is no central air. There was one AC unit in the living room, which meant our bedrooms got warm at night. Thankfully we were visiting on a cooler weekend and a few fans were provided. I personally would not stay here in the dead of summer due to the AC situation, but other times of the year I imagine it would be comfortable. ##### Maddysen B.
