There is no washer/dryer in the apartment itself which wasn't really an issue because of the length of our stay. There may be access to laundry but it was not clear where that was if needed. This property meets all those criteria. It comfortably slept my spouse and I and two children. The bedding was warm and comfortable and there was bedside lights for reading. The kitchen is large with table for 4, bathroom has a stand up shower with plenty of towels. The living room has large couch, two comfortable chairs and has amazing street views and natural light. All rooms get natural light and are decorated with personal touch. Kids also loved TV with access to Netflix (etc) and WiFi works well. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Took us about 5 minutes to walk to a Twins game. Property is spacious with nice kitchen and living room area.
