The house was very clean, location was great. Communication with the host when needed was excellent. The last night of our stay, by mistake we locked the door knob and whe couldn't get it, it was after 11pm so we called the after hours number and someone returned our call within thirty minutes and she gave us the code to the lock box to get it.
