If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required. • Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation.. The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). The loft was great for our three kids as was the craft room and ping pong table. We had some maintenance problems. The washing machine wasnt fully functional and after a heavy rain, the downstairs bathroom floor was soaking wet. A plumber was sent out, but nothing was able to be done while we were there. ##### Alexa S. We were able to walk to visit our new grandchild and return to a well appointed multi bedroom VRBO for the evenings. Issues were minor such as recliner lever missing and hair dryer not blowing warm air. Being tall and having bad knees, tough to stand up off furniture and toilet. Common problem across most rentals. My wife loved this place and would offer to pay for taller toilet so she could come back again. ##### TOM D.
