I absolutely loved the view and the floor to ceiling windows. ONLY disappointment was having a Nespresso maker, rather than a legit hotel coffee maker, forcing me to purchase a regular coffee at the bistro within the hotel. At the rate, I expected AT LEAST, the ability to make coffee (regular) in my room. The rest of the amazing entities, made up for this 1 downfall, making me confident this establishment still deserves the full 5 stars. I’ve stayed at many high end hotels, I can truly say, impressive.

I wish MSP airport does a better job of telling how to walk to this hotel . It’s hugely inconvenient if you are not arriving on like C16. The hotel is nice. You cannot walk back from the hotel to airport using the same walkway coming from the airport ( no TSA ) .

Please know that we are hoping to have our Skyway staffed by TSA as well, there's just no date for this to reopen at the moment. As a way to accommodate this being closed our shuttles go 24 hours every 20 minutes.

This hotel was attached to the Minneapolis airport. Generally an airport hotel is nothing special. But this hotel was lovely. Clean and modern, friendly staff and great food. The stand out person was Bob at the downstairs restaurant bar. Incredibly friendly and excellent service.

Beautiful property, just a few things that made the experience not phenomenal. -front desk staff not friendly at all, she did not greet me I had to say hello to her, she literally just gestured for my id and cc to check me in without actually asking what she needed. -only 2 bath towels in room when we had 4 people staying -master power switch did now allow room lights off when bathroom light on Other than these 3 items stay would have been perfect

The property is very nice and amazingly clean but the staff leaves a little to be desired. No one was rude but just very disinterested. It felt like we were interrupting a cluster of employee's conversation at the desk in the morning. The barista looked like she would walk across hot coals if it meant she wouldn't need to make me a latte. I expected more hospitality from one of the highest priced hotels in the area. The exception was the staff in the restaurant for breakfast. They were great and the food was fantastic.

Super convenient for a quick overnight stay before traveling. Not much in the area as it’s part of the airport but they have what you need on-site for a short stay. Pet-friendly and very friendly/helpful staff.

Don’t like the lack of access from the airport. Even though the property in on the airport grounds, you aren’t allowed to walk, you have to wait for a bus, bad planning
