Hôtel bien situé en centre-ville. Chambre très spacieuse disposant d’un salon et d’une chambre séparée. Bon accueil. Petit déjeuner correct. Attention pas de renouvellement du buffet si vous restez plus de deux/trois jours donc monotone. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Possibilité de boire et de manger à l’hôtel. Attention aucun wi-fi lors de mon séjour (Ni mon téléphone ni mon ordinateur n’ont voulu l’accepter pour des raisons de sécurité, et la piscine était impraticable au vu de la couleur de l’eau)

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Très mauvais accueil ! Une véritable usine. Petit-déjeuner en dessous de tous ceux que nous avons pu avoir dans d'autres hotels. Trop cher pour la prestation. A éviter d'autant olys qu'il y a un grand choix d'hotel de meilleur qualité et moins chers dans le quartier

This hotel was very disgusting, employees attitudes were even worst. Hotel room was dirty and filled with dust, trash bags were not inside of trash bags. We went out for hours and came back everything was still out of order and no new wash cloths or anything. Worst experience EVER!! We travel with Hyatt all the time, this will be our last. Do NOT!!!!! Recommend.

We were not very happy that when we arrived the pool and hot tub were not in working order. I picked this hotel specifically because they had a pool and could have stayed at a cheaper hotel without a pool. I received an email from the hotel 1-2 days prior stating they were in working order and no further updates were given. The menu was limited as well for on site dining. Have stayed here before and had much better experiences previously.

The hotel property and staff were both fantastic. We stayed there for a concert at The Target Center. We loved the close proximity to the venue and being able to walk. Note that the parking ramp is extremely tight to get in and out of. Plenty of spots and room once you get down there though.

Was extremely disappointed to find out the pool was closed, we were not told upon checking in at the hotel that the pool was closed for the price of the hotel we would have gone somewhere else it’s a very important amenity to us and the front desk lady seemed extremely uncaring. The only highlight of our visit was our male bartender at 3pm and later on Wednesday April 24th he was absolutely great.

There were these teenage boys playing with a basketball in the pool area and throwing it really hard, almost hit my daughter! Then later the kept running around in the hauls throwing candy. They kept running until 1am. Overall service was amazing, just that those teenage boys ruined the experience.

I am presenting at the Minneapolis Club tomorrow and attended another conference today. I am tired, and hungry with hours of work ahead of me. This is the perfect experience. The staff is excellent, they helped me print materials, they had a delicious salad, hummus, guac, and I could eat good food in my room, get my projects, updated, listening to a show. The VIEW in amazing, it's walkable to restaurants, parks, bars and shops.

The entrance is a little tricky, but once you get inside the hotel it’s very easy to navigate. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is really great and very few other people used it while we stayed here. The real selling point is the breakfast. It’s a real breakfast with real eggs, sausage, French toast or waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, and toast. There’s also a variety of juices and good coffee. The convenience of having this great breakfast in the lobby makes staying here absolutely worth it.

Paper thin walls, could easily hear other guests in their bathroom, as well as behind the headboard of shared wall in sleeping area. Noisy guests all night long. Staff told me next time to call Security. Lots of outside noises especially during the night; police sirens and ambulance as property is very close to Hennepin Healthcare Hospital/ER.
