The house has been completely renovated and updated. It has 2 bedrooms with a family room that can be completely closed off for privacy/third bedroom. This home is located on the South Hill above the Chilkoot Stairs with astonishing views of downtown Stillwater and the river. Enjoy sitting on the front porch or the bonfire pit in the back yard. This house is about a ten minute walk to many restaurants, shopping, and the scenic St. Croix River. There is a queen size air-mattress available but please no more than 8 guests. This house is not handicap accessible. No central air , might be an issue for some in summer. We were there in 100 degree heatwave so it was fairly uncomfortable everywhere except main floor bedroom. But it was unusually hot, no fault of the property owner! An extra powerful fan or two might have helped, although two were available already. ##### Penny O. We met long time friends for two nights and this was perfect for us! Two bedrooms, two baths, complete kitchen and nice outdoor space for sitting and visiting. We have stayed at many places over the years and the attention to detail was the best that we have ever seen! And it was in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
