The rooms were extremely clean. The hallways were nice and bright. My only gripe is the pillows were not very comfortable and an outdoor seating area would be nice!

Almost spotless. A few crumbs near the bed and there weren't any outlets to use near the bed. The thermostat was difficult to work. However, the bathroom and the rest of the room was very clean.

Everything was great, except for the fact that my digital key worked on every door except the pool room. The digital key on the app said it can open our room, the laundry, fitness room, pool room, and the exterior door to get in the hotel. But when I went down to the pool, my digital key didn’t work on the door so I had to go back up to my room to grab my physical key just to get in the pool room.
