The lawn was very long and lots of weeds around the place, only being mowed once in the 3 weeks we stayed. Also, there were highline wires stretched taught around some trees in the back yard we thought were not safe. We asked for a partial refund but have not yet received a response. If we do, I will update our rating. We also messaged that the TV's weren't working for the last 2 days of our stay with no response. We used the whole house, including the aerobed. (We got advance permission from the manager to have 10 guests and were told we must bring our own bedding and towels for those using the aerobed.) Though the house is not large, the rooms are furnished well and space was not an issue. The weather was on the cool side, so we didn't use the yard and screened porch as much as we imagined, but they were lovely to have available. The kitchen is small, but we just used it for snacks, and ismple make-your-own breakfasts. WE went out for some meals and brought in pizza one night. Creaky wood floors pretty noisy. The yard was large and lush, however, it was not maintained very well, grass very long some areas that were very dirty, including the barbecue area. The barbecue itself was dirty and rusted out didn’t seem usable.
