THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:  
This is a downstairs unit of a duplex, originally built in 1900. As with many apartment-style homes from this era, you may hear sounds from the upstairs unit such as footsteps, movement and muffled sounds. Your friendly neighbor upstairs is part of the artist community. He is a basket weaver and hosts bookbinding classes which you may hear him hosting from time to time.  
  
\- Please be mindful of our quiet hours 10pm-8am as our tenant will too.  
\- Please NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside of the house  
\- Please take care of vintage furniture & art pieces in home  
\- While both porches are designated for guest use, they are also points of entry to the building and basement for our upstairs tenant so you may see him from time to time.
