Centrally located near the University, Fairgrounds and Downtown, and one block from the city light rail, you will find easy access to all points of Minneapolis and St Paul. 4 bdrm 2 bath home with 2 living areas, a dining area, and a spacious back patio where you can bbq or just enjoy the views of the city through the trees will make you never want to leave. The space The main floor has 2 bedrooms, each room with a comfortable Queen sized bed and closet. Black out curtains in both rooms. One room has sliding glass doors to the large patio. Shared bathroom with rainfall shower and tub. Living room has toasty electric fireplace and plenty of hang out space and couches. Spacious dining room. Office desk included. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, full sized fridge, microwave, mini dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, Kurig (with refillable pods). Bottom floor, which is a converted basement, is fully carpeted for cozy comfort. Also 2 bedrooms, one Queen bed and 2 twins with a shared full bathroom. Large living room and fullsized washer and dryer. This is also how you access the garage so you can enter the house from the inside during those chilly months. Patio has chairs and BBQ for those lovely months! Guest access Entering the apartment, your unit is right at the front door.
