Property is clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive. Although we didn’t cook there, the kitchen looked to be well stocked. Garage is accessible which was nice to be able to park in for our aging parents as the driveway is a bit steep. Neighborhood is a bit hilly (most of the neighborhoods in the area are) but nice and walkable. Property is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. There is a small park nearby with a playground. Definitely recommend!

All areas were clean and comfortable, The host was very accommodating for our early check-in as we needed to be at a wedding rehearsal by 5pm. The downstairs was perfect for our older children and our1 year old grandbaby!I had adequate room for my elderly mother in the twin bedroom. Her supplies and suitcase were easily accessible. I had brought shower bench and toilet riser which worked out perfectly being right across the hall! We had family from Delaware, Florida, and California and all were happy with the proximity to airport, shopping, Mall of America, and the Apple Valley location! Garage access was wonderful for storing bikes, stroller, bike cart, all the bins, and parking.The best was being able to have a level surface for my mother to walk on to get in and out safely! Highly recommend this VRBO- met the needs of our family perfectly! The best VRBO experience we ever had!

#### Crawford family birthday celebration

Screen coming out of front door, front door hard to close, one of the planks in dining area was popped up and a tripping hazard. We did glue it down. The carpet runner on the steps was loose on the top step and flopped down. As all of us are 65 to 78 yrs old it was a tripping hazard also. We managed to pull it up from the bottom and get it secure for most of our stay, but it came loose again. Also the garage door opener didn’t work, but we got a new battery and reset it so we could drive in and out without getting out of the car. One of our family members is disabled and not able to walk on the sloped driveway. All was good once we got that working. The rest of the house was great!! We had a great reunion and made many more new memories!! The beds and bathrooms were great!! Enough room for all!! Thank you!! We will certainly keep you in mind if we do that again!!

House was in a great location and perfectly suited for four adults and 2 kiddos. Well equipped and clean. Very nice home.

#### Ladies weekend!

We were so pleased with our VRBO stay! Located in a quiet neighborhood near some major roads! the rooms & beds were so clean & comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely keep this VRBO on our short list of great places to stay. We were a group of four, Grandma, daughter, & daughters in law along with two teenage granddaughters! How nice to have a private home to spread out & enjoy food & games in between our shopping trips!!
