Enjoy a huge waterfront lot with private sandy beach, dock, boathouse, and complimentary kayaks, paddle boat, and water toys. Relax by the fire pit, grill BBQ on the furnished deck, or unwind in the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The home also features a game room, movie theater, and modern kitchen—perfect for making lasting memories indoors and out! The Space: Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the panoramic blue water lake views from the large dock, atop of our deck, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. You will love the entire property including \~500 hundred feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a private beach. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks and a paddle boat. Roast some delicious s'mores using our outdoor fire pit, or have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and have fun playing family appropriate games, ping-pong, pool, shuffleboard, or foosball. Watch a movie in our cozy movie theater. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with High Speed Internet, so you could work remotely if necessary. Alternatively, you could use the High Speed Internet and Free Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The Neighborhood: Rock Island Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community, so there is ongoing nearby construction of new homes and docks most days from sunrise until about 4:30 PM. Rock Island Landing is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay. Getting Around: Rock Island Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. We had a great time staying for a long weekend at the Sunrise Point property with our family. The house is beautiful and the location is very convenient. This property has an incredible view and presence on lake anna. This was a memorable experience not only because of the house on the lake but also the comfortability to come together and enjoy the simple things about going on a trip with a group of people. It’s clear the house is new, well-maintained, and located in a stunning spot. The basement was full of activities that kept both kids and adults entertained. We were lucky to have perfect weather — the lake water was warm and inviting, and we especially enjoyed the canoeing. There were enough comfortable beds for everyone, and the view from the house was absolutely breathtaking. Having plenty of towels on hand was also a big plus.The only small downside we noticed was during grilling. There were quite a few spider webs on the roof that we hadn’t noticed at first, and once we started cooking, some spiders began coming down from the ceiling. We ended up moving the grill, but it’s an easy fix for next time.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated everything your home had to offer. ##### Samuel N. We stayed with a group of 25 people, and it had everything we needed—from plenty of beds and towels to more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable.Dan, the host, was fantastic—super communicative and responsive. When we noticed there wasn’t enough firewood, we picked some up ourselves and Dan reimbursed us within 30 minutes. A few small items were missing from the house, and once we let Dan know, someone from his team went out, bought them, and delivered them right to the door. The lake was stunning, and the two-story deck truly elevated the entire experience—it was the perfect place to relax and take in the views.Overall, I’d highly recommend this property.
