With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay. Getting Around: While Seclusion Shores is generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction across the water at Compass Cove. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone some privacy yet the very large kitchen and living areas gave us all a chance to visit and cook together. The kitchen was well stocked for baking and general meal prep. We all enjoy cooking and eating together so that was a highlight. We were also able to bring our one small dog which really helped with planning. As it was December and rather chilly, we didn’t take advantage of the kayaks or other outdoor spaces, like the fire pit. We stayed in the living room with a fire there and enjoyed being cozy!
