It also boasts a fantastic sunroom, plentiful parking, and waterfront lake access! This home is also situated directly next to the neighborhood common area! Walk only a few steps to a private neighborhood sand beach, volleyball net, shaded gazebos, and a boat launch!!! Or take a relaxing trip in one of the kayaks at the boat house. Life jackets provided! House number is on the outbuilding behind the tree and so it was extremely hard to find the correct property. Specify the house number in a more common place. There was a very limited supply of paper products. We almost ran out. Also many of the lights didn’t work due to no light bulbs. Neighborhood and other house amenities were great. We were able to use the kayaks and life jackets in the boathouse. The area was nice and quiet, and the water was nice (lots of boats come through so we stayed near the shore due to the wake). The house was perfect for our stay, it was just my boyfriend and I, so we had more than enough room. The home was tidy inside, and stocked with plenty of linen and bathroom towels. We had some issues with the door code when we first arrived but the homeowner immediately answered my call and was very kind and helpful. She provided a solution right away. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable.
