Enjoy complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and water toys. Relax by the fire pit, grill on the large furnished deck, or unwind indoors with gorgeous lake views from every bedroom. With spacious living areas, modern amenities, and plenty of outdoor fun, it’s the perfect lakefront luxury getaway. The Space: Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the blue water lake views from the large dock and boathouse, while relaxing in the Swim Spa / Hot Tub, atop one of the many decks, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. You will love the entire property including the private beach and waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, and warm freshwater. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks and paddle boards. Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill, or swing out front under a beautiful tree. Some of our outdoor yard games include Bocce Ball, Ladder Toss, Horseshoes, Cornhole, and Croquet. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 8 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and play pool, ping-pong, foosball, or family appropriate games. We also have 2 Xboxes, just in case you love video games. Kick back in our Home Theater room with 12 super comfy recliners and a 100" 4K Smart TV, or watch one of our 100+ DVD & Blu-Ray movies. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with Gigabit Fiber High Speed Internet and a dedicated workspace, so you could work remotely if necessary. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay. Getting Around: Rock Island Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community, so there is ongoing nearby construction of new homes and docks. This is the first place I've stayed that truly surpassed the pictures and the responsiveness of the management was lightning fast regardless of the nature of the inquiry. There was a small hiccup with one of the showers but they were right on it - those things are going to happen in any rental - it's how the management responds and these guys are A. I cannot stress how wonderful this place was and I would not hesitate to rent it again. For our group, this is the new bar that anything else will be measured against. The communication from the property was excellent, clear and quick to respond. The listing details were accurate and fully showcased the perks of the house. For a new home there were a few small maintenance things we had to follow up on but received quick feedback and action. (So quick that maintenance people just showed up at the house with no warning, but we can overlook that). The house was easy to access and very clean upon check in. Also, great parking space for a larger home (we needed 12 spots since our friend group was coming from different places) and the house details (number of bathrooms, towels, 2 fridges, a pantry and Buter's pantry) and community gathering space) is perfect for a home that sleeps 20\. A wonderfully stocked kitchen with all the basics and the right quantity such as more than one cutting board. We cooked all meals at the house for 19 people and had everything we needed. Our only notes for future folks, there is NO shade other than under the deck or under the dock deck so plan accordingly with sunscreen and maybe a popup canopy (if you want to be in the grass, there is nothing to be under). Also, there is no connecting walkway from the house to the dock, so plan for muddy feet and shoes, so an extra pair of easy outside shoes is helpful. We have never stayed in a house that we felt was so prepared and welcoming for us as guests! ##### Ashley G.
