River's Edge will take your breath away with its attention to detail in the custom architecture, professional interior design, and amazing Toccoa River views. This 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath home can accommodate up to 6 people. Message host directly to request approval for additional guests. River's Edge distinguishes itself with elegance and sophistication, open spaces, sliding glass doors leading to multiple outdoor spaces, and breathtaking views of the Toccoa River. The house is located in a sparsely-populated and rural area along the Toccoa River, which is a public waterway. The cameras are in place for the safety of our guests to deter trespassing and unauthorized use of steps leading to and from the river. Please be advised that one of these exterior security cameras captures and records views of the backyard and river access. Due to its position in the backyard, the HOT TUB is also captured within the view of this camera. The other two cameras are located at the front doorbell and above the front parking pad.
