« Hotel bien situé à l'écart des villages et proche d'une nature superbe. Malheureusement décor un peu vieillot et ....clientèle idem! Peut être les inconditonnels du charme de la vieille angleterre apprécieront (?). A noter que nous avions une des chmabres les moins chères (propre mais petite) mais cela ne change rien à notre avis sur l'atmosphère de l'hötel. Nous avons changé d'hotel dàs la 2ème nuit (même si tout avait été règlé d'avance et non remboursable!..). Ce n'est même pas une bonne...

« We had a fantastic time at the Royal Oak. All of the staff were really nice and looked after us. We stayed in Room 15 which is on the top floor and is nice and cozy, very clean and had aircon. The complimentry tea, coffe and water was good quality along with the bathroom products which were also available at the shop in the main square. Breakfast was 10/10 in terms oif quality (locally sourced) and choice. »

« Très décevant comme séjour. L'insonorisation est POURRIE (style feuille de carton) et les deux nuits nous sommes en plus tombé sur des fêtards qui profitent du fait qu'il n'y a pas d'employé la nuit pour se promener partout dans le lobby et corridor en faisant claquer les portes. Le matelas serait dû pour être changé, on ressentait tous les ressorts.. Bref, le seul point positif est le magnifique paysage entourant le lodge et le très bon petit-déjeuner (par contre on doit payer, non inclus). »
