A well designed open plan kitchen, dining and living area with and a tv and sound bar for entertaining.  
  
Lovely indoor/outdoor flow for the warmer months and pellet fire when it's cooler.  
  
An architecturally designed and award winning living space situated in a green and peaceful street not far from town.  
  
Two sun lit bedrooms each with a queen bed with quality linen.  
  
Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, opening up onto a large, sunny but sheltered deck.  
  
Full kitchen amenities with a gas stove top and electric oven.  
  
Pellet burner for colder months and lovely air flow for summer.  
  
Bathroom with large tiled shower with quality fittings.  
  
Laundry with a washer and dryer.  
  
This is a stand alone guest house with plenty of off-street parking
