Approximately 90 years old A fully renovated old townhouse style house located in the center of Hokkoku Kaido Imajojuku   
  
The space with the traditional crafts that are still alive in Echizen evokes a sense of depth and richness and the thick curved beams that continue to support the frame structure are sure to stimulate your vitality and imagination

Because we live in a time where we dont have much time to breathe we want to stay in life  
We want to take a slow look at our daily lives

We offer Koshihikari rice grown in the town kanro plum meat made from Wakasa plums aged for 3 years and freezedried miso of rice five that is purveyed to Eiheiji Temple Cook and enjoy whenever you like   
Cooking utensils and kitchen are available in the building
