The living/dining room features a TV with international channels, air conditioning, and electric shutters, allowing you to relax and unwind. Step outside onto the terrace directly from the living area. The property has two bedrooms: one with a french bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, equipped with an electric heater, and another with two beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, also with an electric heater for your comfort.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house boasts a large, open kitchen complete with an oven, dishwasher, induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and even Senseo capsules for your convenience. The bathroom features a shower and a separate toilet. Additionally, the property is equipped with electric and forced-air heating systems, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout your stay. Wooden floors add a warm and inviting touch to the interior.  
  
Other Information  
Outside, you can enjoy a 20 square meter terrace with both south and west-facing positions, perfect for soaking up the sun or dining alfresco with the provided terrace furniture and barbecue.
