Come and discover this charming new apartment, ideally located in the heart of Mimizan, accommodating up to 4 people.  
  
Enjoy a prime location just 2 km from the lake and 6 km from the ocean, perfect for all ages!  
  
You'll find all the necessary shops just 200 m away, as well as numerous services and activities nearby: weekly markets, cinema, theater, 9-hole golf course, treetop adventure course, paintball, water sports center, flower-lined promenade, pétanque court, and much more!  
Nature and sports enthusiasts will be delighted to access the cycle paths just 500 m from the apartment, allowing you to explore the region through its dunes and forests. In just a few minutes, you can reach our magnificent sandy beaches.  
  
Inside, the apartment offers a large, bright living area with a sofa bed and TV, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm), and there is also a modern shower room and a separate toilet.  
Outside, a spacious 20 m² balcony invites you to enjoy sunny days and balmy summer evenings.  
For your convenience, a private parking space is available.
