Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a comfortable and modern 3-room maisonette that spans across 54 square meters. The living area is located on the ground floor, featuring a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen and living room are combined into one open space, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A dining table is also provided in this area. Additionally, the ground floor boasts air conditioning, a boiler, and electric shutters, ensuring your comfort during your vacation. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace.  
  
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms. One room has a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), while the other room offers a bunk bed (90 cm wide, 190 cm long) and another French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long). A separate toilet is also located on the upper floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your stay, you will have access to a range of amenities to make your vacation more enjoyable. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, ensuring a comfortable temperature indoors. A washing machine and iron are provided for your convenience. Internet access (WiFi) is also included, although there may be an additional charge for this service.
