You can enjoy a cozy vacation in the "Belvédère 4" apartment, a 3-room, 40 square meter accommodation spread across two levels on the first floor. The rustic and antique furnishings create a charming ambiance, with a living room featuring a TV (flat screen) and an electric heater. French doors lead out to a balcony. The kitchenette is well-equipped with two hot plates, a mini-oven, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm) and another room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).

The apartment offers several convenient amenities, including a washing machine, a reserved parking space (number 4), and pet-friendly accommodations (maximum 1 pet/dog allowed). Please note that this is a non-smoking property. The maximum capacity for the apartment is 4 guests.
